Your upper body is flawless, you structure on your foot work is a little off, your not letting the ball roll around and it makes your feet loose forward pressure that's why your feet are moving when you are extending. Looks awesome your the second guy I have seen do this form it is not the classical form is it something new?
I would like to see it done as it should be...that is with a real sword not those light weight pieces of garbage and done slowly...fast is easy...a dance...slowly with a real sword is a different thing.

The real BaGua dao is quite heavy. It is not designed to be used with just one hand with all the flowery movements.
